*I absolutely love referrals from clients. If you are a first time client to me, please send me a text message only (302 598-9244) detailing the following: -What services you are looking to have done -Your hair history for the past 1-2 years -Pictures of your current hair -Pictures of inspiration for your hair I will get back to you as soon as time allows. *Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee of %50 of the total services scheduled. Any no-show appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of %100 of the total services scheduled. This fee must be paid before scheduling another appointment and is NOT a deposit towards a future appointment. If you have future standing appointments, you will be given 7 days to pay the cancellation fee to keep your standing appointments. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in the cancellation of all standing appointments. *Please note that prices on some of the color services listed are starting points and may vary based on length, thickness, and amount of product needed for your desired look. If you have any questions, please ask ahead of time. *I kindly ask that if you are running late to please let me know. Cancellation Policy
I charge %50 of total services booked as a cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled within 48 hours. Any no-shows will be charged %100 of total services booked as a cancellation fee.
